Sadly, those challenges led to the cancellation of our Spring awards. But we’ve pulled out all the stops to make this quarter's celebrations a reality.

These Customer Voice Awards are based on the opinions of the most respected judges of all – your customers. We analyse data from thousands of reviews to pick our top performers across four categories. So, without further ado, let’s introduce the winners of the Customer Voice Awards Summer 2020.
A good level of customer support is a standard expectation from today’s consumer. But in times like these, where there’s an increased level of uncertainty, it’s absolutely vital.
The winners in our Best Customer Support category know exactly what that entails. Their reviews showcase good communication, adaptability to changing needs, and a commitment to effective delivery in spite of increased demand and the complications of social distancing measures.
Spotlight: Two-time category winner, SoulHippy
Of course, things don’t always go to plan, and negative feedback can be frustrating. But again, what sets our Best Customer Support winners apart is an understanding of how to handle negative reviews in a way that improves the overall customer experience.
Before the outbreak of the pandemic, most consumers were time-poor, and hectic schedules left little room for delayed deliveries. We might have more time on our hands at the moment, but we’ve also lost convenience – so we’re heavily reliant on online orders turning up on time.
This has been a major challenge for many of our clients, especially since delivery times are often out of their hands, and those that undertake this service on their behalf have been inundated.
So, a huge congratulations to the winners of our Highest On-Time Delivery award, especially those that have encountered problems, but responded with excellent customer service.
The Fastest Growing Retailer award celebrates those that have seen the largest growth in the number of reviews over a set period. What we’ve seen in the past few months is that these are the companies that have successfully developed a business model to support consumers during the lockdown.
One industry we know to have taken a major hit is the hair care sector. Justmylook has filled a gap by providing salon-quality products to consumers and look to have strengthened their position in doing so.
We recently announced an upgrade that allows our clients to send review requests via SMS for free, and we’ve seen a huge uptake. In fact, more than two thirds of our top performers in the Fastest Growing Retailer category have used SMS invites as part of their campaign.
The honour of Top Retailer is awarded to those that have shown outstanding performance in customer support, on-time delivery and growth.
This category has highlighted some great innovation. Our spotlight winner, Euro Car Parts, has made fantastic use of video review requests, and customers have responded in kind. Our particular favourites are those that show how people are finding new ways to do the things they love.
The customer response is really helping to drive Euro Car Parts’ review campaign with great content and providing some strong examples of how to use video reviews to promote a product or service.
