The app is built using Lightning Components, so you’ll need to ensure your Salesforce org has a My Domain set. Once that’s configured, connect your Salesforce account to REVIEWS.io via the App Launcher, input your API credentials, and assign the appropriate permissions to your team.

Multi-domain support is also available for those managing reviews across multiple websites or brands from a single Salesforce environment. You can specify the company or domain at both the review and template level, so that every invitation and reply is aligned with the correct identity.
