Established in November, joining the clearer.io Family places our review solution alongside the suites of best-in-class apps already used by over 100,000 eCommerce merchants. It also sees our founder and CEO Callum share more of his knowledge, passion and expertise as a new member of the clearer.io board.
While we’re excited about the opportunity ahead we’re also pleased to announce that some things will not change - our leadership team remains the same, as do our values, customer support and commitment to delivering the best product possible.
We’ve come a long way since we were formed from a kitchen table back in 2012. This is in large part down to our incredible teams, and in large part down to our customers, whose input has enabled us to pioneer a marketing leading platform.
We have some really exciting product launches in the pipeline, and as for day to day operations, nothing is changing. Our team remains the same, as do our values, and as the CEO of REVIEWS.io I’ll still be working day and night to make us the world's #1 review platform for ecommerce brands. “
What started out as a small scale review app has evolved into a full reputation management tool encompassing UGC, loyalty, customer surveys and more. Teaming up with clearer.io is the next step in the journey.
What it means is that we're now part of a wider eCommerce ecosystem, opening up opportunities and allowing us to focus more on our two main objectives - ongoing product development and building customer relationships.
We’re particularly keen to build on our success in the UK, Australia and the DACH region by growing our presence in the US, which clearer.io is perfectly placed to support us with.
