With this integration, you can now treat your reviews just like any other support ticket, keeping all customer communication in one place and responding faster than ever.

Instead of switching between platforms, the REVIEWS.io Zendesk integration brings your review management into the same workspace your support team already uses.

When a new review is received - whether from REVIEWS.io or third-party platforms like Google Maps, Yelp, Yell, or Tripadvisor - a ticket is automatically created in Zendesk. That means your team can continue using their familiar ticketing workflow to monitor, respond, and follow up on customer feedback.

The integration supports Company, Product, and Third-Party reviews, with Company and Product reviews eligible for public and private replies directly from within Zendesk. You can even forward feedback internally, or send a Quick Review invitation using your pre-approved templates.

It’s a powerful way to increase customer satisfaction, reduce response times, and keep your customer service process running smoothly.

Important Notes

  • Only Company reviews will appear as tickets for direct reply; Product reviews can be seen in Zendesk, but responses must still be actioned in the REVIEWS.io dashboard.
  • Only active templates from your REVIEWS.io account will appear when sending invites.
