It’s that key word - enablement - that forms the basis of our new program. We want to enable our customer success team to connect brands with the expert knowledge they need - essentially, the right agency to address their pain points and help them capitalise on growth opportunities.

At the same time, we want to enable agencies to make effective use of the platform. Initiatives like our new Masterclass Series are an investment in our partners, providing them with expert level knowledge.

Agency Partner Overview

Our new look program works on three tiers of partnership; agency partners can progress through the tiers based on referral success, and in turn will receive additional benefits and support in reward for their efforts.  

Our agency partnerships have graduated from a simple reseller program to an integral part of our growth strategy. Therefore, the way in which we reward and support these partners has needed to evolve.

Here’s what the new tiered system looks like:

Official Partner (OP): This status is awarded to new agencies joining the program. It includes a dedicated Partner Manager, use of the OP Badge, and promotion on our Partnership Directory.

Official Partners will have access to an Agency Portal login to manage customers accounts, receive targeted lead generation, 20% commission for referrals and be offered joint marketing opportunities.

We chose because it provided an affordable solution to implementing a review strategy for our clients.

Certified Partner (CP): A step up from OP status, agencies that qualify for Certified Partnership will have access to more promotionional and marketing opportunities, as well as an increase in targeted leads, more prominent listing on the Partnership Directory and use of the CP Badge.

For us, using the dynamic link between Klaviyo and allows us to use both the two tools in the best possible way and from a user experience point of view it is very seamless.

Extremely Important Partner (EIP): The highest level of partnership with the most benefits and opportunities for promotion on qualification. EIP partners will receive a complimentary Growing Business Account, a further increase in targeted leads, early access to new product releases and feature developments, special offers for customers and an elevated level of support and training. makes publishing easy, have good features for social media and they have thought  about how to make it easy for merchants to use by being agnostic.
