Our goal is to provide the best possible client experience with an intuitive product that’s user friendly, easy to navigate and frustration free. And whilst we’ve made significant improvements over the last few months, we’re not done yet. It’s an area we’ll continue to focus on to ensure we hold on to that ease of use top spot.
Just finished up with the setup with these guys and loving it — definitely delivering what was promised — I love that they offer monthly plans (rather than locking you in with annual memberships).

We’re really proud of this one. Our company has grown via word of mouth, and we put great time and effort into building relationships that last. We don’t tie our customers down - they’re free to leave whenever they choose. But they don't’. Because they’re happy.

As a review platform, to be ranked among the top eCommerce vendors for the APAC region, ahead of giants like BigCommerce, Magento and WooCommerce is a big thing for us. To sit alongside exciting brands like Shopify, Chargebee, WebEngage and Storbie is a massive achievement honour.
We strongly believe this is a result of our customer centric approach. Listening to what our users need, and developing our product to suit.
We really love the ease of use and flexibility of REVIEWS.io, as well as the much more reasonable cost. As good as the platform is, their support is even better. They are super-responsive to requests and have worked with us on many occasions to iron out issues and create solutions.

You can use G2 to easily compare our platform against all our competitors. We’re thrilled that we beat major players like Trustpilot in every single metric measured, including what we’re most passionate about ‘Quality of Support’, and‘Ease of Doing Business With’.
One thing G2 is yet to rate is transparency. Unlike Trustpilot, we’re clear on our pricing structure. There’s no hidden costs and no lengthy contracts - just good old fashioned honest business.
Simple, easy to use review platform which has some great self-serve functionality - no need to get in contact with the team all the time, albeit they are super helpful and friendly when you do. The platform has new features being added all the time with no additional charges, no long contracts and no extortionate fees.
