Tired of switching between platforms to organize review content? Not anymore. Now you can assign reviews to entire product groups using Shopify Tags - all from within Shopify itself. This gives you more mileage out of review content. By grouping related products - like color variants, for example - you can share reviews and ratings across them all.
Previously, you had to group products in your REVIEWS.io Dash. Now you can create groups using Shopify Product Tags, and we’ll automatically sync them in your REVIEWS.io catalog. Essentially, you can tell us which products to publish reviews against without having to leave your Shopify account.

If you operate multi-language sites, the last thing you want is to review content consumers don't understand. When you sell to a global audience, your reviews need to be universal.
We’ve supported review translations for a while but with some limitations. Reviews were only translated if the widget language didn't match the account language.
Now translation is much smarter. Each review submitted goes through a language check. And if it doesn't match the widget's language, it gets translated.
That means hassle-free publication and a seamless experience for your customers, whatever their native language.
